FTC sues to block Microsoft-Activision Blizzard $69 billion merger
After having just read Chokepoint Capitalism, it’s good to see the FTC step up and sue to stop this. Microsoft is currently saying and doing “the right things”, but who knows how long that will last if the purchase goes through and they corner more of the market.
