It was yet another quiet week with some nice weather at least initially.

Delving Deeper into Fountain Pens

I've been going more analog lately focusing a lot on pen and paper. I've also switched to using fountain pens more. I have a handful of LAMY Safari pens with different sized nibs. I've now bought my next pen, the TWSBI ECO with the extra fine nib. It'll be my first time using a fountain pen without ink cartridges and instead using refillable ink. I got some colorful inks as well, because why not? To take advantage even further, I also got a converter for one of my LAMY pens to see if I can use the ink for them as well. I might convert all my LAMY pens if it works well.

More Nice Weather

We got some more nice weather, at least until the Nor'easter came in Saturday. I took advantage and spent a lot of the evenings out on the porch writing, working on my personal site redesign and catching up on all the articles I've saved over the last couple weeks. It's always so nice out there in the evenings when the weather is nice.

Lehigh Valley Fiber Festival

It was the Lehigh Valley Fiber Festival up in Allentown this weekend, and while it's not really my thing, it is my wife's. So we drove up to my old stomping grounds and wandered around the expo center looking at yarn for her next project. We then went over to Funk/Illumination Brewing for lunch before heading home for a lazy Saturday afternoon and evening.
